Improving service experience for the users and re-design.
Pawsapp was founded in late 2018 in London and provides services like instant dog walking, recurring walking, and daycare. The mission is to enhance the service by understanding and addressing customer pain points. The target audience is middle to upper-class business individuals who struggle to spend time with their dogs. Since 2018, the service has grown in popularity in London, but it currently operates in limited areas. The long-term goal is to expand and become the leading dog walking platform in the UK. Pawsapp is known for employing university students as dog walkers. My mission is to identify pain-points and improvement areas and rebuild the service structure.

Persona.
To get to know whom I am designing for, I need to understand the users, their goals, and their pain points. Therefore, I have created personas.

Branding.
Creating a friendly, warm, and responsible brand that visually represents the fun and companionship in pet care. The app's visual design features a light base with bright accent colors to emulate sunlight, using sans-serif fonts and rounded rectangular shapes for a clean and approachable feel, in line with our goal to make the app user-friendly and inviting.
