Communication Management Platform for CMS system
Communication poses a challenge for stakeholders in the content management platform. In this case study, I aim to address this issue seamlessly and effectively. The project involves two main stakeholders: the Editor, responsible for providing information about the content and organizing it, and the Publisher, tasked with reviewing the Editor's work. The Publisher may need to make comments, suggest changes, or, if everything is in order, proceed to publish the content. The content comprises both movies and series, with series presenting additional complexities due to episodes being released weekly and the potential for multiple seasons. Therefore, it is essential to find an effective solution to streamline communication between the Editor and Publisher.

Persona.
To get to know whom I am designing for, I need to understand the users, their goals, and their pain points. Therefore, I have created personas.
UX Strategy.
After the research phase I wanted to identify the strategy and define the research question to identify the UX Strategy. I wanted to focus on the communication between stakeholders and my main focus area to solve that communication pain point seamlessly. So that reason I wanted to develop my strategy into that problem and ask that question.
"How might we promote collaboration between these profiles using an interface that improves their daily tasks without merging their work?"
So with that methodology I did some benchmark and realize that Kanban is the best solution for that problem and Kanban is the best way to solve that pain point effectively.
